Leigh Prior
Leigh has recently established Agile. Restructuring. Turnaround. Growth, a boutique advisory firm specialising in developing and implementing turnaround solutions for struggling companies, and offering advisory services to expanding businesses seeking to broaden their financial and corporate support.
Leigh's experience, most recently as a Principal of a large Adelaide advisory firm, and previously in senior roles in nationally-recognised restructuring firms, provides the ideal background to offer individually developed solutions to a variety of financial challenges. With 20 years' experience in corporate insolvency, he has developed specialist expertise in managing trading administrations and liaising with stakeholders to formulate and implement turnaround strategies.
Coupled with three years as Financial Controller for a privately owned Agribusiness and Property group, focusing on acquisitions, business synergies and commercial property developments, Leigh's experience provides the ideal background to offer individually developed solutions to a variety of financial challenges.
Leigh also conducts complex financial investigations and fraud analyses, and undertakes litigation support assignments including business valuations and loss of income assessments.
Mark Leese
Mark is a co-founder of Agile and has more than 14 years of experience undertaking restructuring and turnaround assignments, formal insolvency appointments and business advisory services.
Mark's experience includes holding a senior role at a large Adelaide advisory firm, as well as restructuring and turnaround roles at a Big 4 accounting practice and a specialist national insolvency firm in Brisbane.
Having assisted and managed businesses of all sizes across a broad range of industries, Mark has developed the ability to quickly assess, develop and implement commercial solutions tailored to the specific needs of the client and stakeholders.
Mark's corporate insolvency career has included undertaking complex investigations into listed and family operated entities, managing large trading administrations and developing and implementing successful turnaround strategies.
Mark is passionate about continuing to work with clients to help them grow and achieve their goals, and is excited about the flexible approach and specialist skill set which can be offered at Agile.
