Following many a discussion about the direction of the restructuring profession and the needs of corporate clients, we saw that although many clients would greatly benefit from our skill-set, the traditional fee structure and lack of flexibility was prohibitive.

Our response was to establish Agile Business Advisory.

Through reducing overheads and placing an emphasis on creating lasting relationships, quality work and business agility, we can invest greater time towards understanding our clients' businesses and focus on delivering tailored outcomes to meet their needs.

With vast experience undertaking formal insolvency appointments, including liquidations and administrations, we continue to accept appointments from directors and creditors when other alternatives are exhausted.
